YOUR HEALTH | GLOBAL HEALTH
Perhaps the most interesting piece of human health is the mutual benefit between our own health and the health of the environment. A few examples:

Avoiding fast food can have a positive impact on the environment as well as your cholesterol level.

Filtering tap water instead of bottled water candrastically increase water's sustainability. And avoidingbisphenol A can prevent behavioral or neurological problems.

Clean indoor air can prevent the effects of allergies, asthma, and can even keep your liver and kidneys healthy. A good air handling system can also decrease our global dependency on fossil fuels and reduce carbon emissions.
