Hotel Donaldson

Located in the heart of downtown Fargo, North Dakota, The Hotel Donaldson leads a renaissance of redevelopment in this area. The Hotel Donaldson’s new life is as a modern digital-age boutique hotel and restaurant. A close collaboration between the owner and our design team developed a program which includes 17 unique suites, conference rooms, a fitness center, special event space, restaurant,and a roof-top garden. It features restored brick and stone masonry, a new storefront, rediscovered decorative castiron, new art work, high ceilings, a new grand staircase, a brick cellar,and exposed structure. This project encompasses our joint vision for the reemergence of downtown Fargo.
