Located in the heart of downtown Fargo, North Dakota, The Hotel Donaldson led a renaissance of redevelopment in the heart of downtown. The hotel’s new life is as a modern digital-age boutique hotel and restaurant.
A close collaboration between the owner of Hotel Donaldson and our design team developed a program which includes:
- 17 unique artist themed suites
- conference rooms
- a fitness center
- special event space
- restaurant
- a rooftop garden
The aesthetic embraces restored brick and stone masonry, a new storefront, rediscovered decorative cast- iron, new artwork, high ceilings, a new grand staircase, a brick cellar, and exposed structure. This project encompasses our joint vision for the reemergence of downtown Fargo.
