Cityview Manor

Once the gem of the most exclusive Minneapolis neighborhood, this neglected 1880’s Queen Anne style home had become an embarrassing blight. This created an opportunity to restore the cityview manor home while implementing the most effective “green” strategy to do so.

Architecturally delightful additions of a gracious front porch, family wing with turret and 3 car garage maintain the dominance of the original building mass and features. Traditional living spaces now flow into new, and then sweep upward to the second floor master suite of this cityview manor renovation. The new family wing features a custom double-helix stair spiraling up a turret to the roof deck and the Minneapolis skyline.
